Sculptra helps restore facial volume lost to aging by rebuilding the skin’s internal structure from within. The typical treatment plan includes a series of three sessions over the course of three to four months. Results appear gradually, with full benefits becoming visible in the months following your last treatment and they last more than two years.

While HA fillers provide quick, short-term volume (usually lasting 6–12 months), Sculptra offers a long-lasting, more natural-looking rejuvenation that evolves with your body’s own collagen-building process.

On average, a series of three treatment sessions spaced over a few months is recommended. The number of vials and injections per session will vary based on your individual needs and the treatment plan you and your provider create together.

A maximum of 2 vials can be injected per session, most clients will require at least 2 sessions, spaced approximately 4-6 weeks apart.

You begin to see subtle changes as early as 3–6 months after your initial treatment, with continued improvement through month 9 as your collagen continues to build. Patience pays off  the results are beautifully gradual and can last over two years.

Sculptra is priced at $650 per vial. A helpful guideline is one vial per decade of life for example, someone in their 60s may typically require around 6 vials for optimal results. However, the exact number of vials needed will vary based on your individual facial volume loss and aesthetic goals.
